Become a Member

• New members always welcome.
• Our members are happy to share their knowledge and their enthusiasm. There are no silly questions, just clues that help us help you.

• New members joining in January, February and March of any year get all the benefits of membership from the date they join until 31 March of the following year for the price of a 12-month membership.

Membership entitles you to

• Access to our online and physical resources held at the Alison Procter Family History Centre in the Paraparaumu Library during opening hours.
• Free admittance to our varied programme of events.
• Free monthly online “How To” sessions for members only.
• Monthly one-on-one help available by appointment.
• A monthly newsletter.

When you join you will receive

• Your membership card.
• A starter pack of useful hints and forms.
• A copy of our latest “How to” booklet for finding your way around our resources.
• A “buddy” to help demystify all of the above and set you on your way in this wonderful hobby.

Membership Renewals

• Payment may be made to BNZ 02-0591-0040791-000 with your membership number and phone number in the payee fields. The account name is ‘Kapiti Genealogy’.
